I prefer Spybot in your case. Run a full system scan and your hijacked homepage will be restored to you. Also disable system restore before u scan and once the problem is solved, set system restore on again.
To do that:
Right click on My Computer, click on Properties, the click on System Restore Tab and click on Turn Off."
